Subscription & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all Boost "Subscribe & Save" subscriptions purchased at chewboost.com. Please read it before subscribing.
1. How Your Subscription Works
When you subscribe, you choose a flavor (Spearmint, Cinnamon, or Variety), a pack size (2, 4, or 6 packs), and a delivery frequency (every 2, 4, or 8 weeks).
Your subscription renews automatically. We charge your payment method on each billing date at the frequency you chose, and ship a new order after each charge, until you cancel.
Introductory and recurring prices. Your first payment may be at a lower introductory price. Every payment after that is charged at the regular subscription price for your plan. Both prices, and how often you'll be charged, are shown at checkout before you subscribe and in your order confirmation email. For example: "First payment $23.99, then $27.99 every 2 weeks."
Your next billing date and current price are always shown in your account at chewboost.com/account.
2. How to Cancel
You can cancel at any time, and it only takes a moment.
Online (fastest):
- Log in at chewboost.com/account
- Go to "Manage Subscription"
- Select "Cancel Subscription" and confirm
Before you finish cancelling, we may show you a one-time offer to stay. You can decline it and complete your cancellation right away.
By email: Email boost.gums@gmail.com from the email address on your account with "Cancel my subscription" in the subject line. We will cancel your subscription and send confirmation within 1 business day. If your email reaches us before your next billing date, we will honor the cancellation for that date even if we process it afterward.
You'll receive a confirmation email when your subscription is cancelled. Keep it for your records.
3. When to Cancel
Cancel any time before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.
If you cancel after a payment has already processed, that order will still ship, and your cancellation will stop all future payments.
4. Refunds
Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed. This includes cases where you meant to cancel but didn't before your billing date. The easiest way to avoid an unwanted charge is to cancel or change your frequency before your next billing date.
We will refund a payment if you cancelled (online or by email as described in Section 2) before the billing date and were charged anyway. Issues with damaged, defective, or wrong items are handled as described in Section 5.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, you must contact customer service at boost.gums@gmail.com within 90 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We review each issue on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the situation, we may send a replacement, issue store credit, or issue a refund. Boost reserves the right to deny refund requests, including for items reported as defective, after reviewing the issue.
6. Changing Your Subscription Instead
If you'd rather not cancel, you can change your delivery frequency (every 2, 4, or 8 weeks) at any time from the "Manage Subscription" page. Changes made before your next billing date apply to that billing date.
7. Price Changes
If we change the regular price of your subscription, we'll email you at least [7–30] days before the new price takes effect, so you have time to cancel or change your subscription first. The step from your introductory first-payment price to your regular subscription price, described in Section 1, is not a price change.
8. Trouble Accessing Your Account
If you can't log in or the cancel option isn't working, email boost.gums@gmail.com before your next billing date. We'll cancel your subscription for you.
9. Billing Questions
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first. We can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute.
