Shipping Methods

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

• United States (all 50 states)
• Canada (coming soon)

International shipping is not currently available, but we're working on expanding our shipping options.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in the email or by visiting the carrier's website with your tracking number.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact us immediately at boost.gums@gmail.com. We'll work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Common delivery issues include:

• Package marked as delivered but not received
• Damaged package
• Incorrect address
• Delayed delivery

Returns & Exchanges

If you need help with an order or return, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you on next steps.
